Bill Bryant is the president and principal of Sierra Health Group.  Mr. Bryant has over 25 years of experience in the EMS and air ambulance industry, and has been engaged in consulting projects in over 30 States.

Mr. Bryant is a nationally recognized speaker, and has given dozens of lectures on air and ground ambulance issues to state and national groups, including repeat invitations to the Annual Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC), and the American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) Annual Conference on Medicare and Medicaid Issues.  In 2003, Mr. Bryant was invited to lecture on ambulance issues to the United States General Accountability Office (GAO).

In 1999/2000 Mr. Bryant was selected by The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) the national air ambulance association, as their consultant to represent the industry in negotiations with Medicare over national coverage and payment policy.  He has authored both State and Federal Legislation related to Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Bryant has published a number of articles in industry newsletters, and authored the “AAMS Medicare Reimbursement Survival Guide”.
